Session Investment: $45
This is my standard going rate. If you're able to pay more or make a donation, you're directly helping make sessions accessible for others. If this fee is out of reach for you, let's chat and come up with something that works.
Why Does Spiritual Companioning Have a Fee?
I know this question comes up, so I want to be transparent about it.
Yes, spiritual companioning is a calling—and stewarding it well requires resources. There are real costs to doing this work with integrity: ongoing training and supervision, my own spiritual direction, continuing education, professional liability insurance, technology, and the significant time spent in preparation, note-keeping, and prayer alongside our sessions.
I've invested deeply in my formation—30+ years in Christian ministry spaces, 20+ years as a Certified Therapeutic Lifestyle Coach, spiritual direction training, and specialized work in trauma and integration healing through Imago Dei Ministries.
At $45 per session (with flexibility for those who need it), my rates are intentionally accessible. When you pay for spiritual companioning, you're not purchasing the Holy Spirit's work—that's always free. You're supporting the infrastructure that allows me to show up fully present, well-resourced, and sustainably available for this ministry.
A Word About Fees
This fee structure is rooted in trust and mutual respect. I believe no one should be turned away for financial reasons, and I also believe this work has value that deserves to be honored.
Here's how I think about it: The fee should feel like a commitment—something you prioritize in your budget because this work matters to you—but not so much that it causes financial stress or keeps you from meeting basic needs.
If you have questions about what's appropriate for your situation, please bring that into our introductory conversation. There's no shame in honest conversation about money.
My goal: To offer deeply reduced rates to those who genuinely need it, while sustaining this work through those who can pay at the standard rate or above.

International clients: Fees may need slight adjustment based on international transaction fees, currency conversion rates, or payment platform fees. We'll work this out together on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
